Ok so good news. i figured out the tax refund dilema. i never knew going to college and PAYING for it out of your own pocket was suppose to be a bitch. Oh and cashing out stocks.....hmmmmm will probably rethink that one for this year. So regardless I have accepted the fact that I will be owe the state of Missouri $207 dollars. Yet that won't see a check until I get my Federal back, so they can sit on my middle finger and spin. Ok so since my last post which was like a week ago, I have gotten another ticket for having still expired plates this past Saturday in Clayton. Danielle was rolling with me and she knew I was pissed. LOLOL she had to keep me in check so i wouldn't blow a gasket on the Police officer. Oh and did I mention I also received a ticket for speeding, which was orignally the reason for being pulled over. So TODAY I went to the phuckin DMV and updated my tags till 2009. yea I dropped the $60.50 so now I'll just call my lawyer tomorrow and see if he can help in gettin the shit fixed. Big thing I found out though is that since I received 2 tickets at one time it's MANDITORY to go to court. UH-UH not feeling that so I'm seeing if I can't just cut the crap and just pay whatever I have to pay because apparently my court night falls on a school night.
Oh and no I haven't put the tags on the car yet. AHHAAAAAAAAAAHAHAHAHAHAH The lady recommended that I clean my plates first and not do it while in bad weather. WOW so like the weather we are having now would be SO NOT GOOD for putting my stickers on. Just phuckin Fantastic.
Ok so fastforward, it's Valentine's Day in 2 days and as usual for the past god so many years. i'm by myself and don't have plans to really do anything out of the ordinary. Hell I didn't even realize it was this week till someone asked me what i was doing. I was so focused knowing Kai's b-day was coming up I didn't realize that Valentine's day fell on the same week. So you know what I'm going to do on that special day? ....................... Study or most likely my family is going to take me out that night as an early b-day celebration because everyone's schedule is so tight.
Ok so fastforward to my B-day (17th), I don't have a friggin clue. Only thing I know for sure is I'm going to work (I think I'm scheduled) and then afterwards Danielle, my Supervisor Tracey, and some of our coworkers are getting together to kick it at Dave and Buster's to give our teams a "Thank you" Party for our hard work this past christmas (I think it was for x-mas). But anyway it will be a blast all the same. Oh and I don't have to go to work on the 18th. So what is a girl to do? I'll figure out something to do. HOPEFULLY!!!!!!!!!!!!! AAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

It's the month of Feb....and I'm in the mood for.....a tax refund check
Hello people. As you know it's the month of Valentine's Day, Black History Month, and Where is my Tax Refund Check? Month. Well most likely if you received your W-2's and any other forms pertaining to filing your taxes, you are steadly awaiting your check via direct deposit or mail.
Would you believe that I received everything EXCEPT one item and even when I receive it I still can't file until after Feb. 11th. Simply because I want to get a better credit return in regards to having attended college last year. Will it be worth the wait? Hell yea.
Eversince I can remember doing my own taxes it has been something of a process that you have to adapt to everytime you do something new. Like cashing in stocks or having a 401 k plan. My biggest dilema right now is that I did my taxes on 2 different sites and I'm trying to figure out what the hell the problem is on the different amounts. I do know the college credit is definitely one of the issue and most likely me cashing out some stocks was another. So most likely I'll reput my info in a 3rd and 4th tax free help site to see if I can pinpoint the issue. At least I have until Feb. 11th to figure it out.
Oh and beyond that my 29th birthday is this month, the 17th (fighting off the chills) and so is one of my best friend's Kai, her's is the 16th. Did I also mention I have off the 18th? So I will not have to work at either job, nor do I plan to.

what a story I weave......
Well first off and most important I hope you all are doing well in the new year. This year I have been keepin up with school and both jobs at a steady pace. I can definitely say my science class is something to behold. It's a geology class, you know one of the bullshit courses I still needed to take as far as the credits I still need to fill up so I would have the bottom 60 credits done. My communication class is definitely interesting. Anyway, besides that nothing really new to report.
Oh well my mom's bday was Jan. 20th and that Saturday before her birthday, family and friends treated her out to Harrah 's Casino Buffet where presents were exchanged. I took her to Maggiano's Italian Restuarant across from the Saint Louis Galleria that Sunday. All I have to say is that I'm proud I didn't have a seizure when the bill came, but it's my mom so simply she is worth it. We had to leave after by dessert came because she was starting to get the same pains that she had when she was going through her breast cancer issue. So I had the food wrapped and I warped her home ASAP so she could take her medicine.
Beyond that nothing really has happen out of the blue. One of my best friend's b-day and mine our in Feb. She is the 16th and I'm the 17th, so you know she never misses the opportunity to rib me about it. People have been asking me what i want to do and I honestly don't have a clue, I'm mainly thankful that I don't have to go to work on Feb. 18th since it's President's day so at least I can have a day off with whatever I decide to do.
At job #1 this month I was speaking to 3 co-workers and we all enjoy reading. Especially romance novels. Now we all enjoy the same authors but I told them about a new level of books called Erotica Books. They are NOT your normal roses and shit in the park books, these are the books that tell you where PART A goes into PART B and in how many positions and where. LOLOL I told them I had been reading them for at least 7 years and named a few distributers that mainly do these types of titles. You can also go to your neighborhood Waldenbook Stores, Borders, Barnes and Noble, and Books a Million and they all have the books in that "special corner". Then we started talking about lil stories that we have all written. They asked me if I had a story I had written. I told them yea but it was at least 7 years old and I started the story about a friend of mine in NYC. I haven't added on to it in almost 2 years. I gave them the link and thought nothing of it.
Boy was I wrong.....when I went to work the next day, they called me to the cafeteria and their mouths were dropped open. LOLOL Of course I didn't tell them the level of erotica in the story I just told them it was a story. They couldn't believe that type of stuff was in my head (and why the phuck not?) So they asked me when I would be putting the next chapter out there since I had up to 24. I told them I hadn't really thought about it in a while, but since they had been talking about it I would try to get something up there soon. Just a heads up, because blogger doesn't do chronological order you have to go to the BOTTOM of the webpage and start reading the chapters like that.

where did the time go?????
whoa where did the time go so fast within 2 weeks??? Well for me my main job started back on Jan. 7th and of course the 2nd gig never went anywhere. But to have 2 weeks off to myself and just do nothing but chill out and relax. Couldn't ask for more except wish I was in Florida;) Well fast forward to today since I honestly don't remember what I did while I chilled out for 2 weeks except going on a road trip for a day with some of my co-workers to Osage Beach during the weekend before I had to head back to my main job and I must say that I had a blast and it was just what I needed to close out 2 wonderful weeks of absolutely doing nothing.
Well this week school started back up for me at UMSL. I'm taking one internet course and one on campus course. I can somewhat tell the internet one MIGHT be a doozy while the on campus one has me quite interested especially since it has to do with Science. the online course is a Communication course. Oh well, only time will tell.
Had a bit of a scare this week as well. Had a hard time breathing from Sunday until yesterday. Didn't know what the deal was but apparently it's gone away for now. So I'll keep a close eye on that. My parents will be retiring after this school year. I know that they are excited about that and so am I. Yet when I thought about it I had to sit back and think damn my parents have finished a part of the journey of their life and yet I look at mine and wonder when I will ever start mine.
I have noticed changes in my behavior that I would say has probably made me more aloof to my friends and family. I'm pretty sure people have noticed changes about me and might wonder what is up. There is so much I think about all the time, even in my sleep, even I don't think I know.
oh well only time will tell

what a great New Year's
Well I hope you were able to ring in the New Year with those that you care with. I was fortunate enough to have one hell of a time. One of my coworkers from job #2 decided to rent a room at the Embassy Suites in Bridgeton. I left my house after getting my suitcase packed around 10am and then went to Danielle's around 2:30pm. I chilled out there until it was time to leave around 4pm. Danielle and I went to meet up at the Embassy Suites so we could check out the room and drop our stuff off so we could run other errands before meeting back up at the hotel suite.
Let me first say that in the past we were used to getting a spot at the Homestead Suites which is actually across the street from the Embassy Suites. Upon entering the hotel we thought it would be a nice atmosphere and change since normally at the Homestead we encouter some roudy groups of people. "Please excuse the next phrase for lack of better terminology". Rednecks and Ghetto alike.
Yet unfortunately the Embassy Suites apparently even had Homestead Suites beat in that catagory. When we entered the hotel and got on the elevator, some woman who lacked class even on the basic level entered the elevator on level 2 with her kids. Her teenage kids, her teenage kids who had piercing already in their lips and yes they all were black. When Danielle and I finally get to the 6th floor, the door opens and I say to the lady, Excuse me. She looks at me and then down real quick behind her to make sure that I don't touch her. As I get off with Danielle I look at my friend and say i though we left all the ignorant folks at the hotel across the street.
Then I remembered it was the day before the new year. Maybe the welfare folks got their checks in the mail lil bit early. Who says you still can't get presents after xmas.
So after that particular encounter we make our way to the suite and our friend lets us in. We get situated in the room and realize that the room that was requested was not the room that we received. So we harp and bitch about for a short while and then Danielle and I leave to go run some errands and pick up some food to eat. We get back to the hotel around 7pm and we are kickin it with some other coworkers so in all we have about 7 or 8 people just chillin in the suite and we are having a great time watchin tv and playin the Nintendo Wii.
Our orignal plans were to bring in the new year, go visit some other people at their hotels and see them and then finish it off with a trip out to Harrah's and partake in their new year midnight breakfast/lunch/dinner fest. But unfortunately things didn't turn out that way and we ended up staying at the hotel and copping some zzzzzzz's by 4am in the morning. Only one coworker had work the next day while the rest of us just kicked it and watch tv till we each nodded off.
did I also mention it was cold as hell that night also????? I called Kai when it hit midnight in florida to wish her and the family a happy new year. Beyond that I personally was drunk off of one drink that was made for me. Talk about low tolerance....I'm pathetic. But I will say this I had one hell of night. I hope you did too.;)
