STL Lose to Win Fall 2012 Challenge: Week 3

So this morning I went to my designated area to weigh-in since I was going to a party after work and would not be able to go weigh in afterwards. For the most part I've been doing pretty well with my working out habits. I went to Queeny Park this past Sunday to do my long distance walking.  Let me start off by saying this was the TOUGHEST park I have ever walked. This park also doubles as an Equestrian park and when you seeing all the hills that I had to walk up and down, you kind of get an understanding why it might be a long while before I tackle that park again.

A night with my girls - Kamina & Danielle

Self pic this morning (9/23) from sis's laptop

(9/22) Yesterday I had a really great morning with working out doing boxing and kickboxing. Once I got home I chilled out for a few hours than deep conditioned my hair. Before leaving my house to make my way out to St. Charles to check on my sister psychotic dog, I made plans with my girl Danielle to pick her up nearby and then she called one of our best friends, Kamina to see where she was so we could hook up with her and go out and have dinner.

Shameless Plug: !UPDATE! on JDVIRGIN HAIR

Alright folks if you remember a previous post called Shameless Plug: JDVirgin Hair, then you recall at the time my sister was working on a website to launch for online sales. Well it finally arrived yesterday and I must say that my friend Trenton who is also in a previous post called Shameless Plus: The Computer Caretaker did a great job on the site. So if you have any friends who want top quality hair at bottom rate prices, send them over to JDVIRGIN HAIR.

Until the next episode....

Shameless Plug: The Computer Caretaker

This evening I'm bringing another shameless plug for one of my best friends. I've known him since we were in high school. At least 15 years. Trenton is nothing short of a miracle worker when it comes to computers. When other people have probably stated, get a new cpu or just wipe out the hard drive and start over. He actually puts up a fight and tries to save every piece of data that he can before doing anything else. Quite easily I can say he is probably the smartest man I know when it comes to computers and he taught himself the mechanics of computers, inside and out. When he talks about them in depth, I can say at times it kind of reminds me of my Spanish class, the blank look I normally have when something is being said and I don't have a clue what it means;) Yet I can be proud and say I don't have as many blank looks as I used to.

If you have a cpu that is giving you trouble and you've tried your nearest national electronics retailer, given it to a friend to fix, or tried doing it yourself without the results you are looking for, give my boy a try. He normally works in the Saint Louis, MO area, but he does make house calls outside the area depending on the distance. He has a facebook fan page here and his website for the business is here. Trust me whenever my family has cpu problems of any kind, we immediately call him first. The man is a beast when it comes to a challenge and I have not seen one take him down yet.

My laptop is in hell!!!!!

Mad as hell my laptop caught a virus earlier today, so its down for the count, Thankfully I was able to back up my  important stuff (Itunes library, documents, photos, and anything else I could think of). What really f***ed up is that I get this the day after my COUSIN call stating he had a virus on his laptop and wanted know what he should do about it. So I give him the number to my boy Trenton Knew who is a wiz at this type of stuff and of course he fixed my cousin's laptop perfectly. Guess who has a Tuesday morning appointment with him? THIS ONE  <------------ UGH!!!!!!!!!!!!

So If you need an alternative to taking your cpu someplace and getting it fixed...hit up my homeboy he is a genius!!! Oh and thanx cuz for jinxin me!! Trenton  has a website http://thecomputercaretaker.com/
