What's happening in Jan. 2011

I hope all is well with everyone this new year. I'm at home relaxing after being notified at 5:15am that due to the snow, my school district would be closed for the day. So as I alternate between walking around the house and looking outside I'm thinking about how interesting this year has started off so far. I've started a new job which I absolutely love. I've gotten back on my exercise regimen which I had been neglecting for the past few months. I also have been able to reconnect with some old friends that I haven't kicked it with in a while and I hope to continue that trend in the months to come, thanx to Nolan and Bridgette for a great time on Sunday;). Not to mention I've been making new friends as well through the gym and as well as through special get togethers my friend Cassandra hosts called Relax and "Un"wine. It's for ladies to come together and just kick it and have a good time. Cassandra and I have decided to learn how to Salsa @ Club Viva and are hoping to go every Saturday....So I'll keep you posted on that.

The MLK (Martin Luther King) Holiday will be here next week aka 3-day holiday and I plan to enjoy myself. My mom's bday is Jan. 20th, but we will celebrate a day early. I've decided to get back into school by this Summer. Well that's all I have to share so far, yet i've made personal promise to be more diligent with my blog. Yet I think I need a revamp of my page. I feel this look is just a tad bit too plain;) Ciou folks
